Listen now
Description
Judge Juan Merchan, the New York State court judge presiding over Donald Trump's criminal trial for interfering in the 2016 presidential election, found Trump guilty of a 10th count of criminal contempt of court for violating his gag order again. IF NECESSARY!!? Glenn explains exactly why actually punishing Trump is, indeed, necessary.
