Jens is from the Scandinavian Working Dog Institute (SWDI) trains handlers and service dogs, mainly from police and armed forces. He also has a position as Associate Professor at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. He is responsible for and working as a dog handler in, the Swedish governments program for service dogs used in the management of large carnivores (bears, wolves, and lynx).
