“Really enjoying the podcast, it’s very unique, which is hard to come by. Stories are fun and exciting. Totally recommend!
If I may make one suggestion though to the creator, assuming she’ll ever read these....{SPOILER ALERT}...the coughing every time you switch between personalities made total sense in the beginning when your character wasn’t quite sure yet what was happening...but now that it’s been established and both personalities are fully aware of the other...the coughs or throat clearing between every exchange is becoming distracting. At this point, your listeners know what’s happening (meaning we’re aware the two voices are coming from the same person), so the cough is no longer necessary to indicate that the other voice is about to speak. It’s not a dealbreaker or anything, the show is still great! I just have a tendency to pick up on little things like that and when it’s repetitive, my brain kinda gets stuck on the sound and it totally takes me out of the story and I miss what’s actually being said and I have to rewind it and listen again and try to pay attention while consciously trying to ignore the repetitive noise. (There’s several other podcasts that do similar things that are much more distracting than this one...i.e. Edict Zero which apparently every single character in the entire podcast is constantly on the verge of peeing their pants with their incessant foot shuffling and constant footsteps, even when they’re supposedly sitting down in front of a computer <why do they need to continuously move they’re feet if they’re sitting down?!> so I can’t help but always picture them all doing the peepee dance. I realize it’s just a sound byte for background noise that the editor inserted but I’m constantly wanting to scream to them “Stand still!!! Stop moving your feet for 5 seconds!!!”.....so yours is definitely on the milder end). That’s just my two cents. As I said, show is still great regardless. Can’t wait for the next episode! :)”
