“There is so much truth in this podcast that I am pretty sure I was shaking my head yes the whole time; until the end when I was crying! Five years ago my sisters, yes two sisters, were on hospice at the same time. I told my priest I felt guilty because maybe I wasn’t asking enough people to pray for them, maybe it was my fault they were going to die. He said, “Tracy your prayers are for YOU. They are to give YOU peace!” Isn’t that what we all want through the good, the bad and the ugly; don’t we somehow still want to have peace in our days? Thank you so much for the wisdom contained in this podcast. I wish I could have listened to it five years ago! I did all of the things that you talked about people doing in this podcast. If I could go back in time I would have just sat by their side and listened without trying to direct anything. Your gift is your presence and it won’t last forever!”
