Lacks dynamics
There’s only so much you could talk about a diet. There’s only so much I can hear the same thing over and over. Sounds like a zen philosopher explaining how everything turns to nothing because nothing is everything. Some diets are wrong some are right. Etc etc keep the diet that’s good for you but the influencers just take your money. Train with this guy and he will tell you the way according to your genetic profile.

I’m not a bodybuilder in terms of pumping the iron in the gym. But I like to workout and train my body to be strong and functional. And this is the best podcast that I could find about nutrition and strength training which I enjoy. Eat like a human, train hard and do your business 👍👍👍
