Since I’ve had kids, I just don’t sleep that well. They sleep all night, but I usually wake up around 2AM or 4AM and struggle to go back to sleep, but I’ve noticed that even when I get decent sleep, I still feel tired. Some of our kids are the same way. You may not realize that when they are misbehaving, they are actually communicating that they need rest in a particular area. Here is a hint-It’s not just resting in the form of sleeping. There are actually 7 different types of rest that your child needs to be ready for kindergarten.
