Do you have student leaders in your school? In my school, they are called Prefects. This week I submitted my essay as a part of the process to be one of the Prefects of Primary Years (Grade 1-5). Such opportunities are a great way for students to develop their leadership skills. I will discuss the process and my experience in detail.
