“I have followed this podcast for a while now and enjoyed it. I enjoy the content and interactions between the hosts.
If I’d left a review a year ago it would have been 5 stars, but due to the overload of “Subscriber Only” content now I just can’t. I have been a Patreon supporter of many shows…when I am financially able.
Having 5 kiddos though I can’t always spare the little bit it costs to support my favorite shows, even though I wish I could.
I haven’t listened to this show in a hot minute and couldn’t remember why, but then as I scrolled through the episodes it came back to me. Lol, like 80% of the content is now “Subscriber Only”.
I “Follow” this podcast to show my support when I can’t support it monetarily, but apparently that no longer has any value to some Podcasters.
I have no issue with Podcasts that have episodes only available for Patreon supporters, they get first dibs, but eventually you get to listen to the episode as well.
I get that Podcasters want/need to make money, but maybe don’t forget the followers that have been with you, supporting you even if they can’t spare their extra change.
So this review is just to share my unfortunately sad opinion on where certain podcasts are going and it’s sadly just getting a little greedy.
Again, I’ve enjoyed this podcast but now it’s time to say goodbye and make more space in my little library of favorite podcasts/podcasters, and follow some newer podcasts that still value the simple kind supportive gesture of a simple free “Follow”.
Goodbye Guys, maybe you’ll get it eventually, maybe not.
Either way, I’m officially out.”

“I stumbled upon this podcast two days ago. The information is great, and the banter is wonderful. It’s like hanging out with friends having an interesting discussion. I love the movie references, as silly as they are, keeps it more like a afternoon with friends. Love it!”
