Prince Harry was the guest in the March 4th, 2023, virtual event titled "Spare: Prince Harry in conversation with Dr. Gabor Mate." I was not sure what to expect of the event. I suspected perhaps a more intellectual review of Prince Harry’s book.  What we got was an hour and a half’s worth of discussion including a few pre-selected questions from attendees, on the topic of all things trauma and mental health.  The conversation included a section where Dr. Mate provided Harry, based on what Mate had read in Harry's memoir Spare, a clinical diagnosis of Harry’s mental health.  So a light and fluffy conversation this was not – but informative and interesting none the less.  Show written and produced by Jeanette Songolo.
