David Toupin is the Founder of Real Estate Labs and CEO of Toupin Holdings. Over the past 6 years, David has acquired over 1,200 apartments valued at over $100,000,000. He is experienced in acquisitions, asset management, construction management, financing, and underwriting just to name a few. Before getting into real estate, David worked in corporate auditing and investment banking. He is also a serial entrepreneur and has been one since the ripe age of 13. As the CEO of the multifamily real estate software company Real Estate Lab, David is focused on managing the acquisitions and analysis process for multifamily investors as well as provide them with market data. He is also responsible for leading a community of multifamily investors called the Real Estate Lab Community.
