Kneaders has grown to over 50 locations spanning Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Texas, and Utah, and so has the Kneaders family behind the scenes. Colleen recently released a cookbook, Kneaders Bakery & Cafe: A Celebration of Our Best Recipes and Memories, to celebrate this milestone.
