“My whole family loves the postgame highlights and wrap, and grew up listening to it after every game. But whoever is in charge of posting them does a terrible job! They’re always hours and hours late, sometimes not even the next day (like it’s 10am and last night’s still isn’t posted), and they often post the postgame wrap twice and no highlights or vise versa and mislabeled, so you think you’re getting both parts and you actually have the same thing twice. After years, I’d say about 30-40% are posted incorrectly and always after much delay. I’d love to listen every day after a game, but often can’t! Please fix!”

“Used to love listening to these, but now they are more commercials than content. The commercials will be interjected mid sentence, and are often significantly louder. I understand that companies need to make money, but this is garbage.”
