“My criteria for a subscription-worthy knitting-related podcast include good sound quality, little or no music, well-modulated volume (I often listen at bedtime), complete absence of forced hilarity, and at least mildly interesting knitting or other fiber-related topics. This podcast fits the bill and does a bit more to hold my interest. The mother-daughter dynamic is unique among knitting podcasts; as an outsider observing it I sometimes feel the daughter is monopolizing the discussion and now and then she strikes me as insolent. I am intrigued by the obvious closeness of their relationship and the role knitting plays in it.”
