Medicine is a huge business and its basis is women!" So I open this podcast questioning the need for medical testing and intervention. I try to avoid doctors offices, but I understand that some men do not. Women, on the other hand, are told that they must go to doctors often. And so it is that Kyle Drew and I, who have absolutely no right to be talking about women's health issues, take on this sensitive subject. Just so you know, I believe early cancer screenings are responsible for...

There are two things that I believe make competent physicians; being sick and recovering without pharmaceutical drugs, or learning about fungal mycotoxins and the role they play in most diseases that we patients suffer from. In this podcast, we have two physicians who represent both. I've known Dr Trowbridge for decades and met Dr Mitchell perhaps 15 years ago....tthese are longtime friends and I dare to say, they are trendsetters because they know what I learned after returning home...

"Fueling our bodies properly..." In the field of nutrition, I almost hate those 4 consecutive words today, because everyone's definition of exactly how to do that differs so much. I have long respected the science that Dr Ann Louise Gittleman teaches us. In this podcast, she we learn how easy it is to start the new year off right when it comes to getting and feeling better. The proper fuel extends mileage, so let's consider that as it applies to eating well and living healthier longer! ...

To diet, or not to diet, THAT is the question! 45 years ago, I began my career and have learned quite a bit about food. For example, I can now say without hesitation that food can by your best friend or your worst enemy, depending upon which food you choose. The problem is, our healers generally don't have a clue about what helps us heal, unless it's scribbled on a prescription pad. In my humbled opinion, that spells disaster. My dear friend, Kyle Drew assesses different popular diets as...

Is exercise absolutely necessary? In a college course I took 45 years ago called Anatomy and Physiology, the professor had one last question on our final exams. Mind you, this is a 12 month course, so ever correct answer counted. He asked, "summarize what you learned this year about the human body in two words only." My answer was typical for a 22 year old know-it-all. I said, "it's cool!" The correct answer was "it moves!" If exercise is defined as simply moving, then every living...

Listen and learn that Beta Glucan is actually a "biological defense modifier." That means that it enables our immune response to do what it should be doing! As your host, I have taken Frank’s Beta Glucan (NSC) for many, many years and am always amazed at how little I...

MedImmune, a division of Astra Zeneca, makes a product called FluMist Quadrivalent. According to medimmune.com, FluMist Quadrivalent is a vaccine that is sprayed into the nose to help protect against influenza. It can be used in children, adolescents, and adults ages 2 through 49. Seems the only problem is, it doesn’t work! OK, I’m all for stopping the shots. But this FluMist was only 3% effective. Astra Zeneca made many millions of dollars and FluMist didn’t work. A coin flip is 47%...

I'll never forget my interview with Dr. Ed Melman and Dawn Strom a few years ago on the damage that breast implants can sometimes cause. Afterward that interview, I wished that there was a safer way for women who wanted breast implants to accomplish getting them without such horrific side effects. When I first spoke to Todd K Malan, MD, a few weeks ago, I knew that like Edward Melmed, MD, I needed to get you this important information also. Imagine combining the therapeutic benefits of...

I first met Leilani about 20 years ago. She had become very outspoken on women's natural health choices and actually put her money where her mouth was by opening a clinic in Dallas, specifically aimed at helping women make those choices. We were all saddened when she lost her best friend and husband, David a few years ago. I hadn't heard from Leilani for awhile, but when she called a few weeks ago and introduced me to her new woman's book SHE....I was so thrilled to hear her voice! She...

I only get to see Dr Greg Emerson and Emma once annually, so I like to toss the conversation around a bit. After all, these two live on many acres in Brisbane, Australia and 80% of everything they eat is raised and grown on their own farm! She is smooth in her response-much more so than I would be! Nobody eats Charlie...

It used to be very rare that a physician would contact me and desire more information on "the fungus link" to disease. Today, it is not rare at all for physicians to contact me and want to learn more. One such physician, Greg Emerson, MD of Brisbane, Australia, knew inherently that fungus played a role in his patients ill health, but my website, with all of the scientific papers on it (thanks, Dr. Curtis!!!) convinced him to contact me. That was a few years ago and he has visited our TV...

Auto-Immune Disorders - Interview with Dr. Lynn Jennings Clearly our brightest and best do not know the cause of any of the 90 diagnosable "auto-immune" disorders. Blaming it on an "over active immune system," in which, they tell us, cells literally fight each other is as good of a definition as we may ever get. This lack of knowledge is just so sad, but when you consider that "the cause" of any disease takes a back seat to "the treatment" of any disease in America, you'll better...
