“In the post-Aziz/Kalig time, these two are doing it right. I definitely gave them a listen because they are Indian and I am so relieved that they are good. As a South Indian, I had never heard the term South Indian in the media before now. I love how they produce this: with care, intentionality, and the authenticity of their childhood home.
The topics are all too relevant, especially for me as a South Indian High School teacher in North Carolina. Stories of growing up watching nickelodeon in the summertime and concealing the smell of chicken curry when I was at school so great and close to home. Keep it coming.”
