Occupies a weirdly specific spot in the comedy continuum that I find hard to explain. You should definitely listen though. Love the hot-mic moments of quiet introspection and self doubt, and the narrative that is unfolding. The guys are far more compelling than their characters have any right to be. Hope Kath lets Ben out of the apartment over the garage eventually, but I’m definitely not holding my breath. Honestly a joy, I can’t wait for more.

This time capsule of the lost fartform of wacky drive time radio is surprisingly sweet and funny - taking on hilarious premises and painting a deep picture of the loneliness that can be hidden just beneath the surface of a bright affect. Cathartic and ultimately hopeful.
