I would love to learn more about how we can continue to do what we love (run/exercise) when we struggle with and ED/exercise addiction and how to fuel well for exercise/athletics. What snacks does Keira keep in hand for when she is on the go?
Also liked the solo episode about eating slowly and enjoying our food rather than rushing and being distracted while we eat- i have noticed it really affects how I feel during and after meals. When I let myself get too hungry, I am starving and eat way too fast and end up with a stomach ache after.”
