More evidence base needed
Great topics covered like normalising periods. But her guests lack of evidence behind big statements, quoting studies about hormones but not knowing anything about the study like number of people involved discredits the conversation. Makes me think of Kylie accepts this with her baby sleep stuff too. Need to stop false information being broadcast on such important topics.
