Great insights, great guests
I recently listened to the episode with Kim Scott and she had some great insights into the meaning of just leadership, the power of feedback, and the importance of a strong code of conduct. Kim’s quote, “managing a small business, people are people” really resonated with me as a small business owner as I always strive to be empathetic with my team and resonate with them on a human level. Doug did a great job of personalizing Kim’s experiences and knowledge as a leader to be applicable for your listeners - a true testament to his hosting.
