“Fantastic combination of fun stories and history, this podcast is now among my favorites. I particularly love the episodes on which the staff of the castle are interviewed, but there hasn’t been a single episode I didn’t enjoy yet. Sometimes the sound isn’t perfect, although, personally, I much prefer knowing exactly which room or what part of the gardens the episode was recorded in than having studio-worthy sound — it adds a bit more authenticity and fun to this already wonderful podcast. Lady Carnarvon is a great interviewer as well!
I spent the last six months listening to the archive, and I’ve finally caught up to all the episodes! Time to start listening to my favorites for the second time. 😁”
