He owns a delightful, local ice cream shop called 32° Below, Lititz Golf, a multi-sport simulator company, and various rentals. He enjoys spending time with his family and boating in the summer.  The Core Four: Perseverance Focus Connect Gratitude Quotable Quotes: “Life’s a story, enjoy the journey.” “Sometimes we wait and say, ‘why?’ Sometimes we never know why.” “I believe that being successful means having a balance of success stories across the many areas of your life. You can’t truly be considered successful in your business life if your home life is in shambles.” —Zig Ziglar “We are always persevering through something.” “Gratitude can conform common days into thanksgivings, turn routine jobs into joy, and change ordinary opportunities into blessings.” —William Arthur Ward “It’s good to reflect because it puts things into perspective.” “Many different people can speak into our lives from many different vantage points.” “People want to work with somebody who walks in humility and doesn’t think they have all the answers.” Highlights: Being rooted in faith helps when navigating challenges. Find mentors who have gone before you. Sometimes it takes mentors in our lives, who believe in us, to help us succeed. What are you focusing on and who do you need to connect with? Gratitude is the quality of being thankful and the readiness to show appreciation and kindness. Lean in on mentors as you walk through situations, challenges, and opportunities. Keep the main thing, the main thing. When there is trust, things go faster and smoother.
