An Elephant’s Graveyard of Jokes
I used to love this podcast. I started listening in college when they were all at Games Radar. Recently I resubscribed and quickly realized why stopped listening to LT years ago. These guys are just like my crappy pop culture professor I had sophomore year. About a month into the class I thought he was really smart; he knew everything, read every great book and could quote movies and philosophers out of nowhere. His lectures were interested and insightful. Then I realized his lectures were him summarizing the textbook reading for the next week and I had been too lazy to break the spine of my textbook yet. The mask had fallen and I saw him for what he was; a dude who thought he was smarter and funnier than everyone around him, but he was just regurgitating someone else’s words. This show is a waste of time, and not in a fun way.

Glad to see my favorite internet personalities expanding to a podcast with a greater range of topics to talk about. My favorite thing about their old podcast was when they would get derailed and talk about nerdy things outside of games and here they can do so more freely.
