Army commit Kalvin Hahn comes onto the podcast. Early on Kalvin wanted to be a football player, but in middle school he realized swimming is where his talents and passions were. Kalvin came onto the swimming scene much later then most, and In 2018 he was swimming a 3:06 in the 200 yard breaststroke, 3 years later in 2021 he swam a 1:58. Kalvin is ranked as top 75 recruit in the nation for the 2023 class, and is living proof it's never too late to start. Listen in to hear the whole story!

Jacob Molacek is about as decorated as you can get in the swimming world. However, Molacek may be a better person than he was swimmer, and he was one hell of a swimmer.
