Listen now
Description
Enish Davila was born and raised a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Cancun, Mexico and served as a full-time missionary in Puebla, Mexico. When she returned home from her mission in 2016, she committed to grow in the gospel throughout her life and not rely solely on the faith-promoting experiences and testimony from her mission. In this episode, Enish talks about the mental, emotional, and spiritual challenges she experienced as a returned missionary, and how she continued to feel the fire of the gospel as she grew in spiritual and emotional maturity. Enish also shares her experiences as a Relief Society president in a Spanish-speaking Young Single Adult ward, counseling and learning from sisters with various backgrounds, experiences, and challenges.
