Thank you so much for starting this. I launched my blog with you guys just a couple months ago with your starter course and it has helped so much! I still feel overwhelmed in these beginning stages, but listening to this this week has been inspiring and helped tremendously to get me back on course. I know everything you share here will be valuable and I look forward to more. Alex said “pick a guru and stick with it”. That stuck with me, and I chose you guys!
On another very important note - other than starting my business, I am also a voice actor and let me just say…”vocal fry” is a GOOD thing! Haha. First of all, I don’t really hear it much in you, but even if I did, there are SO MANY ADS I’ve done myself and that I’ve heard throughout the years where actors will intentionally create a vocal fry effect in order to sound warmer, more intimate and engaging. Singers too! Can’t tell you how many times I’ve done silly vocal warmups just to get my fry on lol. It’s a totally desirable trait and whoever let you think it wasn’t doesn’t know their stuff. ;) Be grateful for it!
