As a former public servant and a student of what great team leadership and strong, positive and profitable cultures, Deke is extremely disappointed in how extraordinarily toxic politics have become on a worldwide basis. Leadership is focusing on bringing people together on common ground, good team leadership, it's making people feel safe, that their voices are heard and that they're included, in the workplace, and politics and all sectors, we can choose to follow leaders who are committed to building things up and not tearing them down.
