Ryan Gottfredson
I just loved this interview! I’m an introvert and don’t get a lot from big crowded church functions so I probably am seen as unsociable. However I thrive in small group settings and would love to attend things based on common interest rather than age. I’m a senior citizen with a still young, inquiring mind, and don’t always identify with other senior citizens. I have friends of every decade and value them all. However having been divorced by 40 I’ve always been lumped in with the elderly. I need younger people around me. This is a great approach to belonging in a ward. The church has changed so much and there are so many people from all walks of life in one congregation, and it can feel difficult to find like minds. Thanks so much for this podcast!

The guests on his podcast, as well as the host, always deliver inspiring and thought-provoking discussion. I consider this content to be in line with the exhortation to seek wisdom out of the best books. I strongly recommend this content to anyone in LDS leadership—novice or veteran.
