“I was very happy to find this podcast as I was finding it difficult to locate Indonesian language resources. Although I have not been able to dedicate much time, I am delighted that I can speak quite a bit of Indonesian after only a couple weeks. I wish I had found this earlier as I had been learning from reading travelguides and mispronouncing. I had to re-learn the pronunciation, which is more difficult then learning right the first time. I like that there is both a native Indonesian speaker AND a native English speaker. Sometimes I find it easier to understand the native English speaker, but then I get the authentic Indonesian accent. I think it is a brilliant combination. The pdf files provide the written version, which I find vital to learning. Yes its free (!) but there are also more in depth lessons available at reasonable rates for those that want more concentrated learning.”
