Sometimes frustrating…
I really enjoy the topics and Sadie’s unique and thoughtful perspective. I wish Gav would stop interrupting Sadie to go on weird goofy tangents. (Or to re-explain her point back to her, while missing the point entirely??) He’s a bit immature and a lot of his commentary seems performative (lots of literal moaning and groaning) and counter-productive to the conversation. Sadie seems to have endless patience though. Updated 5/16: I’m out. Gav’s petulant and endless rant about learning how to diagram a sentence in school did me in. It’s too frustrating to listen to him windbag on while Sadie waits to redirect back to the actual topic.

Really interesting and timely podcast. Probably the best podcast I’ve listened to on Christian fundamentalism. I love how nuanced the hosts get on the detailed beliefs of these various groups.
