“I found this podcast by accident, and if I were to use “Christianese” I’d say that God ordained for it to show up on my phone. And I’m so glad I found it! I grew up in a “church group” that theologically was a lot more charismatic than the IFB (and Calvinist), but the similarities between things that Sadie shares and my own experiences are eerie sometimes.
Sadie and Gavi’ share things in a very “friends sitting down for coffee” kind of way. They say hard things and share hard opinions, but they do so in such a way that it feels safe. Whether they share something that is more conservative or more liberal than where you might personally be you won’t feel attacked. (Well unless you’re deep in a Christian cult and then you might :))
I love love love the show and am so grateful to both of them for how hard they work to bring accurate, honest, and well-shared content!
