“Little tact when discussing veterinary medicine. Not all veterinarians are out for money as you’ve described. Yes, leaving your dog intact does put them at risks for some cancers as well as pyometras, that is science based fact. It’s up to a dog owner to assess the risk vs reward and make a decision from there. It’s a shame you’re basing your opinion off of very outdated experiences from long before you became a dog trainer. We as professionals in animal industry need to work together not against each other. I’m not a veterinary worker nor do I have spayed/neutered dogs so this isn’t a biased opinion.”
