Johnsonhelps law firms with compensation structuring and business development training and coaching. He also holds two graduate degrees in counseling and psychology in addition to his law degree. Johnson was inducted as a fellow-elect in the College of Law Practice Management, an international professional, educational and honorary association dedicated to “the improvement of the law practice management and the enhancement of the professional quality of and public respect for the law.”  Ioana Good and Adrien Maines are the founders of Find A Rainmaker (FAR), an online assessment tool that provides behavioral insights to help companies generate revenue. Good and Maines spent decades working in-house before consulting. They developed FAR to help their clients gain a competitive advantage. Good is a former journalist with a master's degree in Corporate Communication and Technology. Maines has helped hundreds of companies with strategic marketing & branding initiatives in the legal and tech industries. She holds a degree in Marketing and Communications.
