94. Queer Baiting
Listen now
Description
What do you consider queer bating? In EP 94 we discuss queer baiting which is when someone uses the possibility of a queer relationship or queer representation to get audiences to watch a show/movie, etc... but they never actually follow through with it. We go into different examples (Karol G, Bad Bunny, Harry Styles, etc)  as well as the history on queer baiting in the 1940’s-1960’s with the “Lavender Scare”. LOVE CRAVE VIBRATOR NECKLACE LINK  Family Meeting:  “My girlfriend of 4 years broke up with me because she believes she is poly.” “There’s one girl in particular I’ve been hanging out with and have had sex a few times . She said she’s a lesbian when we first met and said she doesn’t sleep with men, and then told me a few days ago she occasionally does sleep with men. Sleeping with men opens up the doors for more STI’s.
