Patrika Darbo has received a PRIMETIME EMMY NOMINATION for OUTSTANDING ACTRESS IN A SHORT FORM COMEDY OR DRAMA for the internet comedy series ACTING DEAD (Leonian Pictures).  She plays the role of Hollywood talent agent, Margot Mullen.  Darbo is the only nominee in both the Actress and Actor categories that is part of an independent production and not part of a television network or major website.   In addition to her previous Daytime Emmy nominated role on Days of Our Lives, Darbo received two separate Independent Series Award nominations for Best Guest Actress for her roles in Miss Behave and The Bay.  Television guest credits include The Big Bang Theory, Devious Maids, The Middle and a recurring role on Desperate Housewives.  Film enthusiasts will know Darbo from her many roles including stand out performances in such popular films as Midnight in the Garden of Good & Evil, Speed 2, Rango, Babe and In The Line of Fire where John Malkovich infamously says to her character, "You shouldn't have been from Minneapolis."
