Meh
It’s okay. But he is not a good reader. He clearly doesn’t rehearse beforehand and doesn’t do second takes. The awkward pauses in the middle of sentences take you out of the story. There have also been times where it’s clear the stories haven’t been edited and he just reads as is. Also the stories most of the time are so over the top and/crazy it’s hard to believe they are real. For me personally I think reading them as a second hand story would also be better than him reading it like he’s the person it happened to. He reads stories that happened to women like they happened to him. Also takes you out of the story and makes it less scary/creepy. I think there are better similar podcasts. This one is just good background noise for when you can’t fully pay attention but want to listen to something.

I’m addicted to True Horror podcasts and this one hits the spot. Found it randomly and I’m so happy I did. The host is great. He reads the stories well. Very animated.
