Let’s talk about...anxiety
I just watched your podcast on anxiety and found it extremely helpful. I’m about to go to university in a new city and have been feeling anxious and stressed. But after listening to your podcast I have realized that anxiety is not something to be afraid of, but rather something that is completely normal and a part of our lives that we cannot just push aside. Instead of ignoring my anxiety I am going to acknowledge what I am feeling and take it from there, one small step at a time. Thanks again, and keep up the helpful, interesting podcasts!
