Very relatable and increases self-awareness!
I really love this podcast because: 1) It has a very calming vibe, probably intentional and it’s a very good choice. 2) The discussions always acknowledge more than one perspective, so it is never one-sided, and it is not pushing anything on you as right or wrong, because there is no right or wrong. 3) If you have an open mind to increasing your self-awareness, you will find yourself reflecting on your own life experiences while listening. To Taylor, thank you for your podcast, it’s one of my favorites!!

It’s comforting to listen to an intellectual and informative podcast that concentrates on mental health issues that we as humans deal with our everyday life. I am looking forward to the next podcast and new topics!
