Try working with people within the field before preaching what you think you know
More field experience is needed to really qualify either of you as ‘experts’ in mental health. Even if you don’t consider yourselves experts, you are sharing and oversimplifying difficult concepts with the general public without having thorough experience within the field... education levels and degrees aside. There is an overuse of ‘buzz-words’ like “vulnerability” and an over-generalized classification/explanation of how emotions work and how they impact people. Beyond just spitting textbook information, extensive work within the field better qualifies both hosts to be giving opinions and their insights.... personal experiences don’t cut it.
