In this episode, we talked with Olliver Barr, Co-Founder of Finterest. Olliver is a young promise of the ICP ecosystem with incredible potential. From Oregon State, he is graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a focus on Statistics and Data Science. He has been developing DApps from scratch with a focus on well-tested Solidity smart contracts. Currently Olliver is developing with Solidity, JavaScript, Node.js, Web3.js, Truffle, and Ganache programming languages. He is passionate about changing how people view their money through DeFi. Finterest is one of the most interesting DeFi projects on ICP. Finterest is a truly decentralized borrow/lending protocol on The Internet Computer built to support Native Bitcoin borrow/lending. In Finterest you can lend and borrow against your crypto without bridging it across chains. The project is an evolution of other protocols as instance Compound or Aave.
