Liverpool took on Manchester United at Anfiled on the 19th January. A famous northwest rivalry, but there was only going to be one winner. The scoring was opened from a corner with Van Dijk heading the ball past De Gea. We had two goals disallowed, one for a foul and one for offside, but int he second half we really asserted our dominance. The game was wrapped up at the end of the second half when Salah scored on the break. The lead extends to 16 points and 30 ahead of Manchester United.
