And we all see in today’s world what happens when there is no connection anymore. Emotions are crucial parts of being human, and emotions form THE doorway to true connection. Between authentic and real human beings. Allowing emotions (the highs and the lows, the painful and the pleasant ones, ALL of them) into our lives brings so much and is crucial for living a full-filling life. So yes as a leader, working with your emotions is one of the most important skills you can focus on.
