“I have thoroughly enjoyed learning Levantine Arabic from Carol. And it’s not just because of learning the language itself which is of course the reason I started with her. But she goes a few steps further. She incorporates teaching about her culture and life in the Middle East. When she describes something, I feel as if I’m there. She also does live cooking classes with some of her favorite dishes. She is so diverse! And she has to be one of the happiest people I’ve ever met. ♥️. You can tell that teaching is her passion and I love how she incorporates it in so many ways. You will come away from her classes and podcasts with a good and happy feeling.”
