Essential listening for body people
This podcast consistently changes how I think and feel about my body. It informs me in a way which positively affects my yoga practice and teaching, my everyday movement, and my experience of my body generally. The interviewees are fascinating and include many leaders and paradigm-shifters. The interviews are well-conducted and structured with a really helpful practical spin. If you are interested in how your body/mind really works and how you can move and live in your body with greater ease, this podcast is essential listening. Really can't thank Brooke enough for putting this together week after week.
