“The first time I heard about trafficking I was shocked. It was a mix of emotions of sadness, anger, compassion, confused on how anyone could ever hurt a child in those ways. Immediately I had to get involved and help. Ever since it has become a great part of my life. I couldn’t fathom how these things weren’t talked about in every single media. I didn’t understand how there weren’t armies sent to rescue every child. Didn’t understand the silence. It is a blessing to have Sound Of Freedom raise awareness and awaken us. It is so relieving to know there are Hidden Heroes, men and women that have the courage and heart to do what you are doing, putting yourselves at risk to save these children.
