Redefining What Success Looks Like
Listen now
Description
Today, let’s talk about success.   When I say “success”, what comes to mind for you? It could be money, full-time hours spent working on your business, a busy team, and endless clients coming through your doors.   Or, it could be running a business that fits with your life and gives you time to spend on the things you value. A business with smooth processes that runs so efficiently you don’t have to be at your desk 8 hours a day to get everything done.   I know that for me and so many of my clients, it’s the latter - but it took a complete change of thinking to realise that and stop living the former.   So many of us are living with the perception that success means you have to be working hard round the clock, saying yes to everything, and with your hands constantly full. And often, it’s because we’re living someone else’s beliefs about success.   Today, I challenge you to strip that back and truly think about what success means to YOU. Because at the end of the day, it’s your life and it’s your business. It doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks - what people think of you is none of your business.   I want to help you set yourself up for success from the get-go, whatever that looks like for you. From reflecting on what matters to you, what your goals are, what brings you happiness, and the processes and foundations to get you there, let’s build a business that aligns with your life instead of running it.   Ready to create a sustainable Life & Business?
