Right timing
I don’t know how this keeps happening to me but I feel like I end up listening to episodes sporadically around when my five month old lets me. We survived the Nashville tornado in 2020 and there’s so many things about Lauren telling her story that resonates with me and going through that traumatic experience. I feel I’m letting go of resentment I’ve felt for awhile in regards to people showing up (or not showing up) for us and walking that turbulent journey. While there are people who we thought would show up and didn’t was our reality we also had people show up that we really never could’ve guessed that was God‘s plan. I’m learning to let go on control of my story I never really had and realizing god already knows what’s next and that journey might not be easy at all but like Lauren says, god doesn’t take you this far in your story to just leave you and I love that. Thank you for helping me heal!

This episode was everything!! So vulnerable and honest. I love that you all shared your experiences and stories involving adoption. I love that you shared your struggles and just so down to earth! Can’t wait to hear more :)

I loved all of the heartwarming adoption stories! I struggle with being still and patient enough to hear God speak to me. Such a great message about Faith and Love. I felt so calm and present listening to ya’ll. Thank you!!
