Amanda Frederickson is crushing 2020. Simple Beautiful Food, Amanda’s first solo cookbook was released in the spring and her restaurant, Radish Kitchen, opened in August. Radish is a fast-casual concept that filled a hole in the Nashville community, boasting fresh and healthy food—fast. Formerly a recipe developer for Williams-Sonoma’s Test Kitchen, Amanda is a cookbook master, creating the recipes for 11 different Williams-Sonoma cookbooks, as well as The Staub Cookbook. You can also find Amanda in her kitchen every Wednesday for her Instagram series, Fridge Foraging, teaching home chefs how to cook with what’s on hand.
