Stay away from processed foods & sugars. Eat a nutrient rich diet with healthy fats like avocado oil, avocados, nuts & seeds, low sugar organic fruits, organic vegetables and organic, pasture raised, grass fed eggs, chicken and meat and please eat organ meats.
Be your own advocate and do your do diligence when it comes to research and the science. Lots of biased information. Educate yourself on what types of studies like epidemiology, controlled, survey, etc. and who has funded the study. They are not the same.”
