“There are way too many commercials and self promotions for such a short podcast. The host really lacks any insight or opinions on anything. He essentially reads a box score and stats in between long commercials. He fails to offer any insight or analysis, and seems unwilling or unable to be anything other than a cheerleader for players and management. While not a requirement to be good, by comparison to other hockey podcasts, Jacks lack of experience playing hockey stands out. I wish this were better, but it hasn’t improved in a year plus.”

“Advice- just stop reading and rushing your script. Talk take a breath and then talk some more. I don’t want to hear a written script. Just use your notes to talk . Pause . Say what you think. Ask questions. I can tell that everything you do is reading.”
