After getting back-to-back series wins on the road, the Atlanta Braves set themselves up for a huge final week that will feel like the postseason. The minor league season has come to an end for the Braves, we’ll look at the last week for Gwinnett and if anybody there could make an impact in the final week. If the Braves are going to have any chance of getting into the postseason, they have to at least win this week’s series against the New York Mets who have been one of the best teams in baseball since the end of May.
